I read this after I’ve just been given a month LGBT Unicorn Dabbing Believe In Yourself Shirt off for a concussion I got a few weeks ago. My natural instinct is to power through it but then I read this and think my health isn’t worth this 9-5 at the end of the day. Thought I could deal with it and fight it on my own, now I’m about to lose my colon and have an ostomy bag. 2020 has been one to forget. I’ve quickly learned to work the required hours and only do overtime If needed because companies simply don’t care about their workers. I do enjoy my current job and the money that comes with it but once I’m off the clock. Rest and Relaxation is something I wish more people were allowed to actually do instead of working themselves into a grave.
