My recommendation: skip the meds. Mental health is a relatively new field of study and the prescriptions feel like they are throwing darts. Again, this is my personal experience so make your own decisions. However, I’d strongly advise against drugs. Check out a book called “the depression cure” and while it didn’t fix me it helped.
